Brain in Picture – The winning photo!

In April, the young MultiPark working group organized a photo competition entitled "Brain in Picture". The external jury has had a hard time choosing, but now, they have appointed the best entry.

Congratulations to Ellinor Molnár, bachelor student in the Behavioral Neuroscience Laboratory, for a great picture and for winning the competition!

The jury had the following motivation:

The winning entry is aesthetically pleasing and challenges our imagination. At first glance, our thoughts go to the sun and solar storms and then wander to water and luminescent plankton.

Recurring shapes, lines and color gradation together create movement and depth. The diagonal line in the center of the picture creates an illusion of wave movements, which makes the image calm and harmonious despite the intense colors and strong contrasts."

Welcome to see the winning photo and other contributions to our image competition on MultiPark café's vernissage on the 24th of August!
