Lluís Camprubí Ferrer

Research group: Experimental Neuroinflammation Laboratory (Tomas Deierborg)

Position: First year of Ph.D.

Methods: Immunostainings, Fluorescence and Electron Microscopy, Western Blot, cell culture / in vitro experiments, ELISA and Mesoscale.

Vision with the working group: Enhance the working dynamics of MultiPark, so we can improve our research and at the same time be able to know each other and enjoy our work as scientists.

Need as a young researcher: Support experiments when a person wants to start a project.

Emma Nyberg

Research group: Experimental Dementia Research (Gunnar Gouras)

Position: Ph.D.

Methods: Cell culture, primary brain cultures, microscopy.

Vision with the working group: Bringing young researchers together beyond their research group. Sharing between young minds is important to enhance oneself and science in general. More brains is needed to save the brain. 

Need as a young researcher: Mental support is vital. The life of a researcher can be stressful and we need the support of others.

Research group: Glia-Immune Interactions (Iben Lundgaard)

Position: PhD student

Methods: Animal surgeries, tissue clearing, microscopy, preclinical MRI

Vision with the working group: Bring together young scientists from different MultiPark groups and start new collaborations

Need as a young researcher: A platform to facilitate the sharing of methodologies and techniques used by different groups
