Test rooms
The rat behavioural platform is located in BMC A0931 and A0932.
The following equipment is available for use:
ANY-Maze-tracked tests
- Compulsive checking test (2 total)
- Conditioned place preference (8 total)
- Elevated plus maze
- Iowa gambling task (2 total)
- Open field
- 3 arenas (1m x 1m) in standing support
- 8 arenas (0.8m x 0.8m) floor mounted
Other tests
- Corridor test (2 total)
- Cylinder test
- Modular T-maze
- Rotameters
- Rotarods
- 1 for large rats (> 400g)
- 1 for normal-sized rats
- Stair case test
Booking procedure
To access the platform you need to be introduced by the appointed manager, Elena Espa. You can request to book time for the introduction by sending an e-mail to elena [dot] espa [at] med [dot] lu [dot] se.
Booking of a test apparatus is done in the TimeEdit system. Elena will provide more information to the user after receiving an introduction.
