Image Visualization and Analysis Software
Imaris for Neuroscientists
MultiPark has acquired a license for Imaris for Neuroscientists version 9.3 and a dedicated workstation for it. This software is especially suited for 3D/4D visualization of images that have been acquired from a confocal microscope, for example. The Neuroscience package of Imaris, in particular, allows for neuron tracing but can work with other cells types or structures that branch or are filamentous in nature. In addition, users may use this software package to detect and measure spots and surfaces and perform colocalization anaylsis. This version of Imaris has been improved over previous versions to better handle large datasets.

For help using the software:
In collaboration with CIPA, Jonas Ahlstedt can provide more advanced help with using the software. For more tasks requiring more time/labor, Jonas can provide assistance and/or perform the analysis for a fee. For more information, please contact jonas [dot] ahlstedt [at] med [dot] lu [dot] se.
Arivis
In collaboration with CIPA, MultiPark users currently have access to Arivis through their infrastructure. More information about this collaboration and CIPA can be found here: https://www.microscopy.lu.se/cipa/resources or by contacting jonas [dot] ahlstedt [at] med [dot] lu [dot] se
Arivis will also be available for use in the future in conjunction with the MultiPark Light Sheet Microscope infrastructure. More information will be made available soon on the Light Sheet Microscope webpage.
