Acoustofluidics and Lab-on-a-chip
We develop novel microscale sample processing technologies for extracellular vesicle (EV) isolation from biofluids, e.g., CSF, enabling/facilitating EV-based biomarker profiling and discovery in minute sample volumes.
Our projects provide access to bio-compartments for biomarker studies and discovery not readily available by standard methods. This contributes to the development of early and differential diagnostics and prognostics for neurodegenerative diseases.
